FMP Mobile utilizes location services for Haul drivers to track progress while hauling loads of materials between job sites. This portion of the app gathers location information in the background and transmits it to our users while the user is on that screen. While the app is gathering location information in the background, a notification is displayed letting the user know that this is occurring. As soon as the user exits the screen, the app ceases to gather location information in the background and the notification is removed. The user’s location information is stored on our servers in the customer’s database. The location information is only visible to us and that customer and is only used to display the location of the driver to that company’s dispatcher using our FMP Haul app.

You, the Licensee or Licensee Company, have purchased ONE or more Licenses intended for singular use by the assigned/registered user’s (i.e., additional licensee) exclusive use. This means the purchased product may be used on ANY applicable device, at any ONE time, for individual use. Therefore, for multiple users of our products, each user must purchase a license from Oman System, Inc. Should you choose not to renew your subscription, your will no longer have access to the respective system and your license to use the program will cease. You assume responsibility for the selection of the program to achieve your intended results, for the use and results obtained from the use of these programs. You may not transfer possession, distribute, sub-license, or lease any copy of any part of these programs or their documentation. The information in this document is subject to change with or without notice and does not represent a commitment or contract on the part of Oman Systems, Inc. The software and databases described in this document and used in the program are furnished under this license agreement. The software and databases may be used or copied ONLY in accordance with this license agreement. It is against the law to copy the software on any medium except as specifically allowed in this license agreement. No part of our software may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or information storage and retrieval systems, for any purpose other than the purchaser’s personal use, without the express written permission of Oman Systems, Inc. Oman Systems, Inc., also does not warrant that the software and/or user documentation will meet your specific requirements or that the operation/use of the software and/or user documentation will be uninterrupted or error free. The software is used at your own risk. In no event will the licensor be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that occur through the use or inability to use this product.
